Onboarding expectations

We expect partners to self-support their own onboarding by working through the ‣ independently. The guide is built to be self-service — use it as your first stop whenever you have a platform question, before reaching out to Uncountable.

Your first active engagement is the exception. During a partner's first engagement supporting a live customer implementation, you'll go through the Partner Configuration Training Program together with our Implementations team on a structured cadence:

• Weekly homework: Uncountable assigns one portion of the guide to review and work through each week with representative examples in your sandbox environment.
• Self-paced questions: Use Bodie AI to ask questions and unblock yourself as you go through that week's material.
• Weekly sessions: Time with the Implementations team is focused on the specific portion assigned that week, plus the product modules/components it relates to — not a general Q&A.

After this first guided pass, partners should use the guide (and Bodie AI) to self-support on future implementations.
